Assist in the everyday operation of the Williams Athletic Department
Administrative responsibilities include assisting in the areas of: compliance, budgeting, championships, recruiting, roster management, travel, and game management.
Developed a minority recruiting initiative to address the issue of under-representation of minority student athletes and coaches.
Serve as the site representative for several NCAA and NESCAC Championship events.

Scouting/Football Operations Intern
Preparation of facilities for all preseason practices and games during the first Texans training camp.
Assisted operations, scouting, and player development in the transportation of players around the city of Houston.
Prepared scouting reports of hundreds of 2001 college recruits and free agents, and upkeep of the Texans player database.

Achievements
Starter on the 2000 Springfield College offensive line, which led the nation in rushing, averaging a Division III record 427.5 yards per game.
Assisted the Williams College department in winning its 8th straight Athletic Directors Cup in 2007.
Selected as one of 14 for an NCAA Division III Minority internships program 2006-2008.
Created the New Leadership Holiday Classic, an annual intrastate basketball event which serves as all sports major fundraiser and is fully sponsored by local businesses.
Coached the Springfield Colleges sack leader for two consecutive seasons.
Assisted the 2004 Springfield College Football team in achieving its first 10-0 season in school history.
