WORK HISTORY
06/07-Present - Intern, Oklahoma State University Athletic Ticket Office (Stillwater, OK) As an intern for Oklahoma State University, duties include: supervising all student ticket sales, fielding general public questions, placing and taking phone calls, processing season and single game ticket orders using the Archtics ticket system, working game day operations, most notably football, helping take care of the daily deposit, as well as other various tasks asked of me.

04/07-05/07 - Game Night Operations Intern, Louisville Bats (Louisville, KY) As a game night operations intern for the Louisville Bats, a Triple-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds, duties included: event setup, the sales and customer service table, working within the kids club, and running the speed pitch. Other tasks included ticket scanning, program sales, giveaway and sponsor item distribution, grounds crew and fireworks assistance, on-field promotions, and other duties deemed necessary by the organization.

01/07-05/07 - Intern, University of Louisville Athletic Ticket Office (Louisville, KY) As an intern for my final semester at Bowling Green State University, I worked for Brad Barber, the Assistant Athletic Director for operations and tickets. Duties included: fielding questions, taking phone calls, processing season and single game ticket orders in the Archtics ticketing system, tracking post-season basketball requests through Excel, keeping track of the season ticket waiting list for football, and working game day events.

08/06-12/06 - Assistant, Bowling Green State Athletic Ticket Office (Bowling Green, OH) As an assistant to the Director of Ticket Operations, Scot Bressler. In this position, duties included: fielding questions, taking phone calls, using Excel to keep track of student ticket orders, processing single game and season ticket orders through the Paciolan ticketing system. On game day sold tickets for various sporting events, as well as worked the player compensation gate for all home football games.
