A Professional Edge and Superior Job Fairs are two separate companies joined together in one office that work in conjunction as a permanent placement firm & job fair company. Started Virtual Job Fair, now used by most job fairs companies.
-Also created all promotional flyers, registration forms, and other creative ideas to gain more exposure for our job fairs.
-Managing and delegating duties to 3-6 employees and motivating them to achieve sales goals
-Achieved bonus and trips based on exceeding sales goals: achieved highest job fair sales of all employees for 14 of 16 fairs -Assisted entire staff with computer and other technical problems when needed -Attend most NJ College and Professional Job Fairs to gain relationships with recruiters and sell them on our services
