Learfield Sports, the leader in the collegiate sports marketing industry, is seeking a Graphic Designer Executive to plan, design, develop, coordinate and produce company-wide marketing materials with a consistent look and feel. This person will also assist in establishing and maintaining professional graphic and identify standards for the company; conceive ideas, concepts, and campaigns; as well as design, produce, and coordinate the creation of sales and marketing materials in various mediums. Other responsibilities include developing/creating the design and layout of proposals, media kits and other sales packages, developing/producing the design and layout of contest and winner announcements, developing/creating logos, program ads, signage, internet banners, invitations, etc., and creating/producing promotional materials with input from GMs, AEs and clients. A successful candidate will be able to think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, interpret the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose, effectively correspondence with clients on execution of sports sponsorships and fulfillment.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Art or Design and proficient computer skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Mappoint, Word, Power Point, etc.)

Qualified candidates should be creative, innovative, energetic, self-motivated, polished and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. The candidate should also have good organizational skills, work well under multiple tight deadlines, be able to communicate well over the phone, and demonstrate a professional attitude.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
