Term of appointment is 9 months (August 1 - April 30). **This position is for students needing an internship for academic credits. Position will: oversee the ticketing for Volleyball and Soccer using Ticketmaster system; supervise box office at different events; assist with home football game day ticket activities; assist in managing phone system and printing of tickets; help with balancing monies and cash reporting; and other related ticketing duties. Required qualifications: Solid customer service experience. Ability to to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work at evening or weekend events. Prefer experience working in a collegiate athletics ticket office and working knowledge of Ticketmaster. Stipend is $1,000 month.
