The Western Kentucky University Athletic Department is seeking candidates for the position of Graduate Assistant in the WKU Ticket Office. Primary responsibilities will include: assisting with day-to-day activities in the WKU Ticket Office, including but not limited to, contact with customers both in person, via telephone and e-mail, oversight of game day sales for assigned Olympic sports, use of Paciolan ticketing system; assisting with ticket reconciliation, cash management, data entry, event operations, player-guest management and a variety of duties as assigned by the Director and Assistant Director of Ticket Operations. This individual will also assist in game day event operations with football, men's and women's basketball, baseball, softball, women's soccer, women's volleyball, and additional special events. This position involves extensive customer contact and requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Evening and weekend hours required. Graduate Assistant compensation is $1,300 per month.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree; knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Preferred requirements: Master's degree in sport administration/management or business field, previous experience as a ticket office student worker or intern with working knowledge of Paciolan ticketing system. Preference will be given to candidates who have recently completed sport management degrees.
