Description of Position:
The Director of Compliance will be responsible for all aspects of compliance including eligibility, financial aid, recruiting, amateurism, extra benefits and other regulations. This will include monitoring compliance with University of North Dakota (UND, NCAA and conference rules and regulations. This position is also responsible for educating and monitoring coaches to assure compliance with all UND, NCAA and conference rules and regulations. Director serves as member of the Campus Compliance Committee. This position is a member of the athletic senior management team.

Criteria for Selection:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. Requires minimum two years full-time experience working with compliance at an NCAA DI institution. Experience with Microsoft Office and NCAA CAi software required. Must be detail oriented. Excellent organizational and communication skills needed.
