Marshall University seeks a Graduate Assistant in the Athletic Ticket Office. Qualifications required: Bachelors Degree, strong oral communication skills, knowledge of computers, and willingness to learn. Knowledge of Paciolan ticketing software or previous experience working in an athletic ticket office preferred. Duties: All graduate assistants will be required to provide excellent customer service, process ticket sales, perform reconciliations, work all ticketed home sporting events, and will have responsibilities for assigned sports. All positions include tuition waiver and stipend. Applications will be accepted until May 31, 2007.
