The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, a NCAA Division I and Horizon League member institution, is accepting applications for the position of Athletics Marketing and Promotions Director.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required; one to three years professional experience, experience working in college athletics preferred. Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Develop and implement a long-range marketing plan for men's and women's basketball, men's and women's soccer, and women's volleyball; develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing and promotions plan that will increase attendance, revenue and exposure for individual sports; coordination of game day activities; manage marketing budget; hire and supervise student interns; serve as the athletic department liaison to the University's spirit squads.

First screen: May 7, 2008; open until filled. Starting date: July 1, 2008 or negotiable. Entry level position; minimum salary $31,500. This is a 12 month, academic staff appointment.
