Professional contract position available May 1, 2008. Responsibilities: develop and implement a comprehensive season, group and individual season ticket sales plan for football, men's and women's basketball, and women's volleyball in order to increase revenue and season ticket sales; identify, research, and solicit new ticket sales prospects; direct the establishment of a season ticket holder stewardship program; develop and implement ticket sales (prices) and marketing plans and attain annual sales goals. Minimum qualifications: bachelor's degree in marketing, sports administration, or related field; at least two years of experience in sales or athletic related ticket sales; computer skills in Adobe PageMaker, Archtics/Ticketmaster, Microsoft Office; excellent oral and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications: master's degree; three years of experience in NCAA Division 1-A ticket sales.
