Baldwin-Wallace College invites applications and nominations for the position of Athletic Director. Located in Berea, Ohio, B-W is a member of NCAA Division III and offers 11 varsity sports for men and 10 for women. A member of the Ohio Athletic Conference, the College enrolls 4,400 undergraduate and graduate students and has a long-standing tradition of academic and athletic excellence. The Athletic Director reports to the Senior Vice President and is a member of the B-W President's Leadership Council. The AD will provide leadership for a successful athletic program and is responsible for strategic planning, management, budgeting and personnel decisions in athletics. The AD also represents the College and department to internal and external constituencies of the College and must be an articulate spokesperson about the role of intercollegiate athletics in supporting the B-W mission. The person must successfully collaborate with various offices including enrollment management, student affairs, alumni and development, and college relations, to achieve institutional goals and objectives. The director coordinates the oversight of academic progress of student-athletes and is responsible for compliance with College, conference and NCAA regulations. Requirements
