    Director of the President's Society - Lenoir-Rhyne College (November 1, 2007 - Present)

  • Managing portfolio of donors at the $1k - $10k level including personal donations and businesses
  • Set 20 appointments with donors and prospects a month
  • Personal portfolio of over 200 donors and prospects
  • Organizing reunions to strategically raise funds, increase membership, reconnect alumni
  • Qualify donors for major gift potential $25k and up
  • Comprehensive capital campaign with a goal over $60 million including two major athletic capital projects.

    Admissions Counselor - Lenoir-Rhyne College (November 2006- October 31, 2007)

  • Serving as a liaison between coaches and recruits in the admissions process.
  • Recruiting prospective students from the state of Florida.
  • Setting meetings with High School counselors and prospective families.

    Coordinator of Athletic Marketing / Assistant Director of Facilities and Events (Assistantship)- Lenoir-Rhyne College (Aug. 2005-November 2006)

  • Created award winning student spirit program that increased attendance at basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, membership included forty percent of student body
  • Organize promotions and sponsorships for all athletic seasons, including corporate banner placement in football stadium and gymnasium.
  • Coordinate all athletic event ticketing.
  • Coordinate all halftime shows and events.
  • Implement advertising, including advertisement and press releases, for all home athletic events.
  • Supervise athletic event staff work-study programs for 15 student workers.
  • Assist in planning, set-up, operation, and breakdown of athletic events.
  • Aid in maintenance of athletic facilities.

    Assistant Site Manager- Hickory Crawdads (Game Time Food & Beverage)(April 2006- September 2006)

  • Supervise a staff of 35 employees during all stadium operations (minor league baseball)
  • Experience in the coordination of hospitality, suite services, and special events
  • Assist in the ordering of all supplies needed for day to day operation
  • Daily financial reports to be sent to the corporate headquarters

    HONORS AND ACTIVITIES

    Theta Chi Fraternity- (Delta Chi Chapter)

  • Chapter president, former secretary, scholarship chair, rush chair, standards committee, 2006 Senior Brother of the year, 2003 pledge of the year.
  • Successful in overcoming a previous debt of $12,000 dollars by increasing outside donations and creating new fund raising opportunities for the chapter. 2005 Most Improved Chapter of Theta Chi National Fraternity.

  • Cooperative Christian Ministry Hunger Walk, Champions of Education in Catawba County, St. Jude Children's Hospital Annual trail ride, planning and hosting annual blood drives for the American Red Cross bi-annually in conjunction with Theta Chi Fraternity, Adopt-a-Highway
