Managed $5 million budget and turned $1 Million deficit from 2003 into $423,000 profit for 2004 Tournament.
PJP Management contract was not renewed by Pride of KC Foundation who then recruited and hired me as their Executive Director.

Took over Tournament after previous management declared bankruptcy
