Create the Division II Year-in-Review book; organize and manage the Division II 2008 Convention Education Sessions.
Process the 2007-08 Division III Strategic Initiatives Conference Grant Program Application, present to the Division III Strategic Planning and Finance Committee, and prepare award letters.
Plan and conduct the Conference Intern Seminar, staff the Leadership Conference, and the CHAMPS/Life Skills Conference.
Prepare meeting materials and attend Board of Directors meetings, Division II and III President's Council meetings, divisional Management Council and Student-Athlete Advisory Committee meetings and the divisional internal governance group meetings on a rotational basis.

Developed knowledge of NCAA bylaws, SEC bylaws, and internal compliance procedures through oversight of recruit gates at all home football and basketball games and rules education sessions for coaches and administrators, monitoring football official visits and off-campus recruiting, interpretation research.
Created and distributed the compliance monthly newsletter for the athletic department.
Designed and implemented new compliance forms for student-athletes and coaches.
Supported all members of the men's athletics compliance office and worked jointly with the women's compliance staff to create rules document for campus departments.

Served as Keynote opening speaker at the 2006 NCAA Division III Business Session.

United States Senator Lamar Alexander, Knoxville, TN, February 2005-May 2005 Constituent Services Intern Conducted important administrative assignments in the Senator's Knoxville office, such as: assisted constituents regarding a variety of matters, coordinated the Senator's schedule and visits of other important officials and dignitaries to the Knoxville area.
Served as a temporary constituent services representative by working on numerous cases with Immigration and Naturalization Service, Department of Veteran's Affairs, Department of Defense, and other Federal and State agencies regarding constituent issues.
