    • Serve as regional director for the Junior Player Development program with 6 sites and over 1,200 participants each year.
    
    • Successfully implemented the first High School Player Development program in Buffalo for high school sophomores, juniors and senior players.
    
    • Liaison between the NFL and community agencies to run the NFL FLAG and Punt, Pass & Kick programs.
    
    • Developed adapted NFL FLAG program for athletes with special needs.
    
    • Directed the Coach of the Week program in Western New York by coordinating selection committee, publishing press releases and donating $12,000 in grants to high schools.
    
    • Conducted 30 Gatorade Jr. Training Camps per year at elementary schools, community centers and football clinics.

    

  • Successfully developed new youth football programs and initiatives with various community partners.

      
    
    • Play Football Month such as the Bills Youth Football Celebration Day and the I-90 Youth Football Classic.
    
    • Successfully managed the Buffalo Bills Coaches Clinic for high school and college football coaches in which Bills coaching staff were the instructors.
    
    • Implemented increased participation numbers each year for Coaching Academy and Coaching School which focuses on youth football coaches.

    • Provided the students unique experiences that developed leadership skills in preparation for their continuing education.
    
    • Conducted monthly meetings with students in class-like settings.
    
    • Successfully coordinated community projects by providing students with monthly Bills give-away items. Each year a total of 130 events reached over 6,500 people.
    
    • Supervised the students during game day responsibilities.

    • Developed and coordinated on-field activities for Bills pre-game and halftime ceremonies such as Stampede Row, Salute to High School Football, Pepsi Punt, Pass & Kick Championships, Halftime Youth Football Scrimmages and Military Salutes.
