Re: 2007 NACDA Facilities Workshop and Security Summit

We are pleased to announce this year's NACDA Facilities Workshop and Security Summit has been scheduled for November 11-13 at the Tuscany Suites in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Table top exhibits are $795 each. The exhibit fee will include two (2) registrants. We will provide you with an 8' high pipe and drape and 8' skirted table. The exhibit space is 8' wide and 4' deep. There are a limited number of exhibit spaces, so please complete the registration form as soon as possible and return it to me via email (dmanak@nacda.com) or fax (440-892-4007). Information on shipping, ordering electricity and telephone lines will be provided when we confirm your exhibit space.

Hotel reservations can be made by calling the Tuscany Suites at 877-887-2261. Provide the hotel with our Group Code (11H1VM) to get the NACDA rate of $149 for Friday and Saturday and $99 per night Sunday-Thursday for single or double occupancy.

To assist you with your travel plans, this year, we will have 16 presentations beginning Monday morning, November 12 and ending Tuesday afternoon, November 13. You may view a tentative agenda online at www.nacda.com. As you will see on this year's agenda, we have 6 sessions that specifically deal with security issues in collegiate venues. Exhibit set up will be on Sunday, November 11 beginning at 12:00 Noon. Set up should be completed by 4:00 p.m. Tear down will begin following the last presentation on Tuesday.

We certainly hope you will have the opportunity to be with us in November for what should be a very successful meeting.
