Why you became involved in NAADD: Became involved with NAADD in 1997 and was appointed to the executive committee in 1999.
Favorite part about being in NACDA: Having the opportunity to meet fellow athletic administrators from all over the country.
Biggest challenge to working in athletics: Never enough time.

Best advice you were ever given: "Don't get lost in a crowd"
Most influential person in your career: Virnette House-Browning, executive senior associate/SWA Bradley University. Longtime friend and colleague who has been a great sounding board.
