MOAA Elects Officers and Board of Directors for 2007-08
July 9, 2007 Cleveland, OH - The members of the Minority Opportunities Athletic Association (MOAA) have chosen Clint Bryant, director of athletics at Augusta State University, to serve for a second year as chair of the Association. Sean T. Frazier, director of athletics at Merrimack College and Sharon Beverly, director of athletics and physical education at Vassar College join the MOAA officers rank as treasurer and recording secretary, respectively. Charles Whitcomb, vice provost for academic personnel and administration at San Jose State University remains as secretary, while Stan Johnson, president of Stan Johnson & Associates remains as executive director. New members to the Association's Board of Directors include Jane Claiborne, associate director of athletics for administration services, Valparaiso University; Rudy Keeling, commissioner, Eastern College Athletic Conference; Floyd Kerr, director of athletics, Morgan State University; Warde Manuel, director of athletics, University at Buffalo; Mary McElroy, director of athletics, Georgia State University; and Dell Robinson, associate commissioner, Mid-American Conference. Serving on the Board of Directors for the second straight year are Lori Ebihara, assistant commissioner, Big 12 Conference; Alfreeda Goff, senior associate commissioner, Horizon League; Dan Guerrero, director of athletics, UCLA; and Stan Wilcox, deputy director of athletics, University of Notre Dame.

In its 43rd year, NACDA is the professional and educational association for more than 6,100 college athletics administrators at more than 1,600 institutions throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. More than 2,000 athletics administrators annually attend the NACDA Convention. Additionally, NACDA administers 10 professional associations for the separate business units that report directly to the athletics director.
