Alfreeda Goff, one of the most highly respected women in intercollegiate athletics today, is in her 10th year at the Horizon League and currently serves in the role of Senior Associate Commissioner.
In this capacity, she serves the Horizon League as its director of championships, Senior Woman Administrator, League governance liaison, and Chief of Staff. She is directly responsible for the sports of volleyball, men's soccer, women's basketball, indoor track and field and softball.
In the summer of 2005, Goff was honored as the Black Coaches Association's Administrator of the Year. She also completed a term as president of the National Association of Collegiate Women's Athletic Administrators in October 2005. She also served as co-tournament manager of the 2005 NCAA Women's Final in Indianapolis.
