This year, all attendees will be housed at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter, which offers 84 luxurious suites and 919 guestrooms and is housed on a superb location on the San Antonio River Walk. The resort is located on Bowie Street, just 1 block east of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and just 15 minutes away from the San Antonio International Airport.

Room rates are $196 plus tax for single and $216 plus tax for double occupancy, with an on-site parking fee of $21/day (USD) or $27/day (USD) for valet parking. The cutoff for reservations with the ICLA rate is December 15, 2007. There is a 48 hour prior to arrival cancellation policy. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., with checkout at 12:00 noon.

The hotel is equipped with a host of modern amenities. For the guests' convenience, each room is equipped with cable and satellite television as well as high speed internet access. Located inside the hotel is the new Sazos Latin Grill, overlooking the River Walk. Sazos guests will enjoy a stimulating fusion of Latin and Spanish flavors in both the menu and the ambiance. The Marriott Rivercenter also features an outdoor pool.

Local attractions include The Alamo, Riverwalk (Paseo Del Rio), Sea World of Texas, San Antonio Zoological Gardens and Aquarium, Six Flags Fiesta Texas Theme Park, El Mercado/Market Square, IMAX Theater @ Rivercenter Mall, and La Vallita Historic Arts Village.

ICLA members can make hotel reservations online. The ICLA member rate at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter is $196 for single and $216 for double occupancy rooms. Although the site identifies the meeting as CAMEX, it is also used by attendees of the ICLA Winter Symposium. The ICLA access code is: CAMICL0208

Standard Registration
Please print the Housing Reservation Form. This form is also used by ICLA members attending the ICLA Winter Symposium. It can be returned via fax to (210) 207-6702 (Domestic). A valid credit card is required to confirm fax reservation requests. Reservations can also be mailed to: CAMEX Housing Bureau, 203 S. St Mary's 2nd Floor, San Antonio, TX 78205. If the form is received without a valid deposit it will not be processed. If you register via mail or fax be sure to state that you are a member of ICLA.

Credit Card Guarantee:
Credit card must be valid through February 2008 to be considered proper guarantee.

Check Deposit Guarantee:
Make checks payable to "CAMEX Housing Bureau" in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. No wire transfers will be accepted. Mail check along with your hotel reservation form to the address provided above.

Cancellations/Changes
The CAMEX Housing Bureau must receive cancellations on or before January 6, 2008. Starting February 8, 2007, and prior to 3 days before arrival date, changes and cancellations must be made with your assigned hotel. Any cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

Hotel Rates and Taxes
Take advantage of special rates by booking your reservation by January 29, 2008. All rates are per room and are subject to 16.75% tax (subject to change). (A tax exemption form must be presented to the hotel at check-in if you are tax exempt.)
