The room block at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas for this year's Convention is on the verge of being sold out. At this point, there are only a handful of rooms over the course of the Convention week still available at the discounted rate of $169/night, but these are going extremely fast and will most likely be sold very soon. As you know, our hotel cutoff date with the Anatole was Monday, May 12, but with the numerous programming options for NACDA and all of our affiliate associations, this has led to an increased popularity in our entire Convention week.

Currently, there are a few options for you to pursue if you have not already booked your reservation. When calling the Hilton Anatole Hotel central reservation desk at 214/748-1200, please be sure to mention that you are with the NACDA Convention - you may need to spell out NACDA (National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics) for them to find our block. At this point, you will be informed of one of the following options:

1. There are rooms available at the discounted rate of $169 and you can go ahead and book your reservation
2. There are no rooms available for your selected dates at the $169 rate, but there are rooms available at a higher rate (most likely between $219-$279/night)

If you are faced with option #2, you will then have the choice of paying the higher room rate at the Anatole or pursuing another hotel in the Dallas area. Should you decide not to pay the higher rate at the Hilton Anatole, the reservation attendant will be able to assist you with other hotel options that are within close proximity of the Anatole.

Finally, as you will see when you register for the Convention (https://oss.ticketmaster.com/html/home.htmI?team=nacda), we have eliminated the non-property registration fee that was in place prior to our block being sold out.
