Why you became involved in CABMA: Leadership opportunities within the oldest organization under the NACDA umbrella and a chance to help the organization grow its reach within college athletics.
Favorite part about being in CABMA: Sharing and learning from colleagues that are facing the same challenges and opportunities that I face on our campus.
Biggest challenge to working in athletics: Making time for the family outside of events and commitments.
Greatest accomplishment to date: Professionally, the presidency of CABMA and helping UAB launch a football program.

Advice for those looking to get into athletics administration: Start wherever you can, get a foothold, work hard, and people will notice.
