Hotel Rooming Policy
In order to receive the discounted Convention registration rate for staying at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, all persons staying in the room must be registered with the hotel, either as the "registered guest" or as an "additional guest name". Following the Convention, we will review the final hotel rooming list and charge "non-Anatole" registration fees to all registrants that do not appear on this list.

NOTE: If you are booking more than one person to a room, please make your reservation first and obtain your confirmation number. Once you receive your confirmation number, please call 1-800-HILTONS to make any modifications, including adding name(s) to your room.
